This Jump Back July Action Calendar has daily suggested actions to do throughout July 2018 to help you be more resilient and find ways to cope with life's ups and downs.
You can download the calendar as an image file for sharing via social media or as a PDF file for printing out. Please pass it on to others and help to spread the word.

This calendar follows on from our Kindness Calendar which was downloaded and used by nearly 2 million people in December 2017. Since then our monthly calendars have included Happy January, Friendly February, Mindful March, Active April, Meaningful May and Joyful June. You can find the full set of calendars to date here.
