What's Good is a new app designed to help us all experience more gratitude each day.
One of the most effective ways to boost happiness is to take time to notice and appreciate the good things in our lives. But this is challenging because we all have a natural "negativity bias" which means we tend to focus on what's wrong rather than what's good.
What's Good is a new Gratitude app designed to help us all experience more gratitude each day. It's been developed by a talented Action for Happiness supporter and we've been using it for months and think it's fantastic!
The app is only available on iOS at the moment. So if you're an iPhone or iPad user who wants to experience a bit more daily gratitude then download the app on the App Store.
Look for what's good
